For the Mixture
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese drain well to keep bites firm
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese can substitute with cheddar or provolone
  • 1 large Egg or vegan alternative such as flax or chia egg
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour can substitute with oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper or cayenne for extra kick
Optional Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil brush on tops before baking

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 370°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the well-drained cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter and form bite-sized mounds. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes in the oven or air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and let them cool for about 2-3 minutes before serving.
