- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 370°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the well-drained cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the batter and form bite-sized mounds. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes in the oven or air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let them cool for about 2-3 minutes before serving.
