Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Carefully add the coated chicken thighs to the hot oil, frying for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. While the chicken fries, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sugar in a bowl.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in the prepared garlic sauce until well coated.
  6. Fry the sliced jalapeños in the same oil until crispy and browned for about 2-3 minutes.
