Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet, cut-side down.
  4. Nestle chunks of feta cheese and whole garlic cloves among the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast the potatoes for 30-40 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
