- In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and crushed black pepper to create a marinade. Add fish and coat with flour, then marinate for 15 minutes.
- Set up your breading station with panko breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp flour, and parsley in one bowl, and whisk together egg and milk in another.
- Dip marinated fish pieces into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Choose cooking method: deep frying (heat oil to 180°C), air frying (preheat air fryer), or baking (set oven to 200°C).
