Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and crushed black pepper to create a marinade. Add fish and coat with flour, then marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Set up your breading station with panko breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp flour, and parsley in one bowl, and whisk together egg and milk in another.
  3. Dip marinated fish pieces into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Choose cooking method: deep frying (heat oil to 180°C), air frying (preheat air fryer), or baking (set oven to 200°C).
  5. For deep frying, cook in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. For air frying, arrange in a single layer and air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway. For baking, cook for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Serve hot, garnished with peri peri seasoning and your favorite sauce.
