Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220ºC (425ºF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small, even-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, plant-based milk, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Gently dip each floret into the batter, ensuring full coating.
  5. Roll the coated florets in oats and lay them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, dip in teriyaki sauce, and return to bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
