  • 1 breast rotisserie chicken Shredded.
For the Crunch
  • 1/2 cup almonds Sliced or chopped.
  • 1 cup wonton strips Topper for crunch.
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation Steps
  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the red cabbage into thin strips and julienne the carrots.

  4. Combine the chicken, cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a large mixing bowl and toss gently.
  5. Sprinkle in the almonds and wonton strips, folding them into the salad.
