Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, and eggs (or flax eggs).
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix.
  5. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish and transfer the mixture into it.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes, checking for a lightly golden edge.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
