Making the Sauce
- Steam or boil the lobster for 5–7 minutes until shells are bright red.
- Remove the lobster tails, let cool, then chop the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced shallot or garlic for 2–3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and lobster broth, simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
