Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they are moisture-free.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired. Toss the wings in this mixture.
