- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they are moisture-free.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired. Toss the wings in this mixture.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack.
- Roast the wings in the oven for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
