Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned shredded chicken, warming it for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, marinara sauce, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Fold together until evenly coated.
  4. Add the warmed chicken to the pasta mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil or parsley and serving.
