- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned shredded chicken, warming it for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, marinara sauce, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Fold together until evenly coated.
- Add the warmed chicken to the pasta mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil or parsley and serving.
