  • 8 pieces Stick Pretzels Snap in half for legs
  • 12 pieces Mini Marshmallows Cut diagonally for stability
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 11.5 oz Milk Chocolate Chips Primary coating; dark chocolate can be used as a substitute
  • 11.5 oz White Chocolate Chips For adorable feet; can substitute with colored candy melts

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and ensure strawberries are washed and dried thoroughly.
  2. Snap stick pretzels in half for legs and cut mini marshmallows diagonally for attachment.
  3. Melt milk chocolate chips with ½ cup white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Dip flat sides of marshmallow legs into warm chocolate and attach to the bottom of each strawberry.
  5. Skewer the top of each strawberry with a stick and dip into remaining melted milk chocolate.
  6. Melt another ½ cup of white chocolate chips and dip ends of pretzel legs for decorative feet.
  7. Serve the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Turkeys on a festive platter once set.
