- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and ensure strawberries are washed and dried thoroughly.
- Snap stick pretzels in half for legs and cut mini marshmallows diagonally for attachment.
- Melt milk chocolate chips with ½ cup white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Dip flat sides of marshmallow legs into warm chocolate and attach to the bottom of each strawberry.
- Skewer the top of each strawberry with a stick and dip into remaining melted milk chocolate.
- Melt another ½ cup of white chocolate chips and dip ends of pretzel legs for decorative feet.
- Serve the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Turkeys on a festive platter once set.
