  • 4 oz Turkey (lunch meat) Substitute with any deli meat of your choice.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Swap with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Using bottled ranch dressing can simplify prep.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the tri-color pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare ingredients by dicing cheese, slicing ham and turkey, chopping lettuce, and halving tomatoes if needed.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the cheese, lettuce, ham, turkey, bacon, and tomatoes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning together until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir the salad and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Add chopped lettuce before serving.
