Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil Eggs: Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil. Lower in the room temperature eggs, cook for 6-7 minutes, transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes, peel and slice in half.
  2. Prepare Broth: In a large pot, combine 4 cups of chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook Dumplings: Add frozen dumplings to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until they float.
  4. Add Noodles: Break instant ramen noodles in halves if desired, stir into broth and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Add Greens: Stir in spinach leaves and wilt for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve: Divide noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls, ladle broth over, top with halved soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
