Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
  2. Using your hands, portion the meat mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the formed meatballs with olive oil. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  4. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. After baking, let the meatballs rest for a couple of minutes before serving alongside the tzatziki sauce.
