- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
- Using your hands, portion the meat mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the formed meatballs with olive oil. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- After baking, let the meatballs rest for a couple of minutes before serving alongside the tzatziki sauce.
