Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and drizzle the meatballs lightly with olive oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and extra dill.
  5. Once baked, serve the meatballs warm alongside the chilled tzatziki sauce.
