Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Mix salmon with avocado oil, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until coated.
  3. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread marinated salmon on a baking sheet and roast for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Whisk together dressing ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
  7. Combine avocado, cucumber, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, and honey in a separate bowl.
  8. Assemble the bowls with brown rice at the bottom, followed by salmon, salad, and dressing.
