Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts, then season with garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
  7. Spread hummus on each tortilla, add mixed greens, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and grilled chicken.
  8. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the fillings, then fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
  9. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
