- Rinse the rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Add thawed shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
