Step-by-Step Instructions for Tiramisu Cold Brew Coffee Cheesecake
  1. Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cold brew coffee and mix. Add coffee liqueur if desired.
  3. Pour filling over chilled crust. For layered effect, dip ladyfingers in cold brew, place on filling, then cover with remaining mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.
