Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Prepare raspberry puree by blending fresh raspberries and straining if desired. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a tall glass, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chilled raspberry puree and fill halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in milk of choice over the ice and raspberry puree. Stir gently.
  5. Slowly pour the chilled coffee into the glass for a layered effect.
  6. Optionally, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
