Preparation Steps
- Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and allow it to cool completely.
- Prepare raspberry puree by blending fresh raspberries and straining if desired. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
- In a tall glass, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chilled raspberry puree and fill halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour in milk of choice over the ice and raspberry puree. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour the chilled coffee into the glass for a layered effect.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
