Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull fresh strawberries. Blend strawberries with honey in a food processor until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Reserve ¼ cup of purée for later.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining strawberry purée with Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and evenly colored.
  3. Use a piping bag to transfer the yogurt mixture. Pipe small dollops onto a lined sheet pan about 1 inch apart.
  4. Place the sheet pan in the freezer for about 1 hour until bites are firm.
  5. Remove from freezer, let sit for a couple of minutes, then enjoy directly from the freezer or transfer to a sealed container for storage.
