Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the semolina mixture over the phyllo layer and spread evenly.
  5. Cover with a final phyllo sheet, brush with melted butter, and score lightly for easier slicing.
