Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian sausage, eggs, and milk. Then, add crushed Doritos.
  3. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of the dish.
  4. Blend cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and milk in a separate bowl until smooth. Spread this over the pressed meat mixture.
  5. Sprinkle diced bell peppers and half of the mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Press the remaining meat mixture over the top of the cheese and bell pepper layers.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle remaining mozzarella and crushed Doritos on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
