- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and Ziploc bag. Divide into three bowls.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Divide the pudding into two bowls and tint with pink and purple gel food coloring until desired shades are reached.
- Layer the cups starting with crushed Oreos, alternate with purple pudding, then more Oreos, followed by pink pudding, finishing with crushed Oreos on top.
- Decorate the tops with green sprinkles, mini egg candies, and a Peeps marshmallow for a whimsical finish.
