Ingredients
  

For the Pudding Mixture
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix Substitute with chocolate pudding for a different twist.
  • 3 cups cold milk Dairy-free alternatives include almond or coconut milk.
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Can use whipped cream or homemade topping.
For the Crunchy Layers
  • 1 pkg Oreo cookies Try chocolate wafer cookies for a similar taste.
For the Festive Color
  • 2 drops pink gel food coloring
  • 2 drops purple gel food coloring
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup green sprinkles Shredded coconut dyed green can be a fun alternative.
  • 12 pieces mini egg candies Any small candies work well for topping.
  • 4 pieces Peeps marshmallows You can use other marshmallow shapes to fit the occasion.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and Ziploc bag. Divide into three bowls.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened, then fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Divide the pudding into two bowls and tint with pink and purple gel food coloring until desired shades are reached.
  4. Layer the cups starting with crushed Oreos, alternate with purple pudding, then more Oreos, followed by pink pudding, finishing with crushed Oreos on top.
  5. Decorate the tops with green sprinkles, mini egg candies, and a Peeps marshmallow for a whimsical finish.
