Prepare the Cheesecake
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to help it firm up.

- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add fresh lemon juice to the mixture, gently folding until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Before serving, add whipped cream, sprinkles, mini chocolate eggs, or other festive candies on top.
- Slice and serve chilled, enjoying with family and friends.
