  • 1/2 inch Fresh Grated Ginger Powdered ginger can be used.
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic Can substitute with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Chili Sauce Omit for milder soup.
  • 2 cups Water Use filtered for best taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce Adjust based on taste.
Toppings
  • Fresh Herbs (Cilantro or Green Onions) Optional, for freshness.
  • Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Bok Choy) Feel free to swap as desired.
  • Sauteed Mushrooms Fresh or dried shiitake recommended.
  • Tofu Can use grilled, pan-fried, or tempeh.

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over low heat. Add 1/2 inch of grated ginger, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic chili sauce. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour 2 cups of water into the saucepan with the sautéed spices. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Once the broth reaches a boil, add 8 oz of ramen noodles. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring frequently, then turn off the heat and let sit for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate sautéed vegetables and protein, stirring in fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
