- In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over low heat. Add 1/2 inch of grated ginger, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic chili sauce. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour 2 cups of water into the saucepan with the sautéed spices. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos and bring to a gentle boil.
- Once the broth reaches a boil, add 8 oz of ramen noodles. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring frequently, then turn off the heat and let sit for 4-5 minutes.
- Incorporate sautéed vegetables and protein, stirring in fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
