Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs for added juiciness
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil authentic Asian flavor
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch to keep chicken tender
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika adjust spice level
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder adjust spice level
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust spice level
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter for creamy richness
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup chicken broth for depth of flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt for seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated is best
For the Noodles & Toppings
  • 2 packages ramen noodles fresh if available
  • 1 cup shredded carrots optional
  • 4 eggs soft-boiled for topping
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 sheets nori cut into strips for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne, and black pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss in the marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds. Gradually stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 2-3 minutes and add Parmesan cheese.
  4. Boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
  5. Assemble bowls by dividing noodles, adding creamy sauce, topping with chicken, green onions, carrots, soft-boiled eggs, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
