Step-by-Step Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3–5 minutes until tender and bright green. Drain thoroughly.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add bacon pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Using the same skillet with leftover bacon grease, add finely chopped garlic over medium-low heat. Sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and ¼ cup of water in a bowl, then pour into the skillet.
- Add drained broccoli to the garlic sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat. Sprinkle in crispy bacon pieces, mix together, and cook for another 1–2 minutes before serving.

Notes
Ensure to thoroughly drain broccoli after boiling to avoid a watery sauce. Chopping garlic finely enhances flavor absorption. Adjust soy sauce based on personal taste and bacon saltiness. Consider adding chili flakes for added heat.
