Preparation Steps
- Hull and slice about one cup of fresh strawberries. Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
- Slice two green onions, separating the white parts for mixing and the green tops for garnish.
- Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces for even distribution.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Gradually drizzle in balsamic vinegar.
- In a large mixing bowl, place fresh arugula and drizzle half of the vinaigrette over it, gently tossing to coat.
- Add the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, and most of the sliced green onions. Toss everything together gently.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with reserved green onion tops.
