Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix, drained black beans, corn, diced red bell pepper, minced jalapeño, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro. Mix gently with a wooden spoon until well combined.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle sauce until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Pour the chipotle dressing over the mixed salad and toss gently with tongs until evenly coated.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle the Chili Cheese Fritos over the top and mix gently to retain their crunch.
