- Begin by thoroughly washing your green or red grapes under cool running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel, ensuring that they are completely dry.
- In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, water, and light corn syrup. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently until the sugar completely dissolves, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat once fully dissolved.
- Once the syrup is clear, carefully divide it into separate bowls for the colors planned. Using a toothpick, add drops of white, pink, and blue gel food coloring, stirring gently until well combined.
- Take each grape and swirl it into one of the prepared color mixtures, ensuring it’s evenly coated. For a marbled effect, dip one side in one color and the other side in another.
