Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by rinsing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, dried Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken cubes in this mixture until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Decide on your cooking method: pan-fry, bake, or air fry for the chicken bites.
  4. For pan-frying, add the marinated chicken cubes to a hot non-stick skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. If baking, spread the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. For air frying, place the marinated chicken in the basket and cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice over the bites. Serve hot, optionally garnished with parsley.
