- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and coat the ramekins with olive oil spray.
- Place 1/3 cup of cottage cheese in each ramekin and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes over the cottage cheese.
- Drizzle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of marinara sauce on top of the cottage cheese layer.
- Layer shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- Top with about four mini pepperoni slices on each cheese layer.
