  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Optionally add grated garlic for extra flavor.
  3. Dice cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and slice red onion. Warm pita or flatbreads in the microwave or skillet.
  4. Spread garlic yogurt sauce across each pita, add beef, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and garnish with parsley or dill.
  5. Fold or roll up wraps and enjoy immediately for the best flavors.
