Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 400°F (200°C). Allow the grill to reach temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to around ¼ inch for a perfect base.
  3. Brush one side of the rolled-out dough generously with olive oil.
  4. Carefully place the dough, oil-side down, on the preheated grill. Grill for about 3-5 minutes until light brown.
  5. Gently flip the dough to reveal the grilled side, ready for toppings.
  6. Spread crumbled goat cheese on the grilled side of the dough, followed by shredded mozzarella. Drizzle honey over the cheeses.
  7. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Check under the crust to ensure it’s golden brown and the cheese is perfectly melted.
  9. Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
  10. Garnish with fresh arugula or basil before serving, bringing color and freshness.
