Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thick.
  3. Apply olive oil generously to one side of the dough.
  4. Place the oiled side of the dough on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the dough using a spatula or grill-safe tongs.
  6. Layer crumbled goat cheese, shredded mozzarella, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cover the grill lid and allow the cheese to melt for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Check if the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove the pizza from the grill and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Garnish with arugula or basil and slice into servings to serve warm.
