Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by soaking wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and toss in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).
  5. Thread marinated chicken pieces, fresh pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked skewers.
  6. Place the kabobs on the preheated grill, cooking for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. During the last 2 minutes, brush the kabobs with remaining marinade.
