Preparation
- Make the marinade by blending honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, shallot, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Assemble skewers by threading shrimp, chicken, pineapple, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Marinate the skewers with one-third of the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the kabobs for about 4 minutes on one side, flip and baste with reserved marinade. Grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
