  • 1 cup Wonton Strips crispy fried noodles can be a substitute
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Asian Dressing keep separate until serving

Step-by-Step Instructions for Chinese Chicken Salad
  1. Remove the skin from a rotisserie chicken and shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, placing them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop red cabbage into thin strips and shred carrots. Add to the mixing bowl with chicken.
  3. Slice green onions into thin rounds and add them to the bowl, gently mixing all ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the salad and layer wonton strips on top.
  5. Keep Asian dressing separate until serving.
