Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thinly slice or shave the chicken breast, marinate with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and optional cayenne pepper for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onions, cooking for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Push veggies to the side, add marinated chicken, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over chicken mixture, cover skillet, and let cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat to melt cheese.
  5. Toast hoagie rolls, cut down center, and layer sautéed veggies and cheesy chicken mixture inside.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with hot sauce or toppings of choice.
