- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Mix the powdered sugar, melted butter, diced peaches, and vanilla extract for the glaze. Add cream if needed to reach the desired consistency.
