  • 4 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Gluten-free
  • 200 grams Sugar Adjust for sweetness preference

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Whole Orange Cake
  1. Place whole oranges in a large pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the oranges and allow them to cool, then slice in half, remove seeds, and chop into pieces.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and prepare a 23cm cake pan with greasing and parchment.
  4. In a food processor, combine chopped oranges, almond meal, eggs, baking powder, and sugar; blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before unmolding onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
