Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your ingredients while the oven heats.
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes; drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss well and transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Pat the chicken dry, season, and sear skin-side down in a hot skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Whisk together honey and your favorite BBQ sauce until smooth.
  5. Place seared chicken on the baking sheet with garlic potatoes and brush generously with the prepared glaze.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, basting the chicken in the last 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, rest for a few minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
