Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 12 pieces King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns You can use any other slider or sandwich bun as a substitute.
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped) Grilled or baked chicken can be a healthier alternative.
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled) Make sure it's crispy for the best texture.
For the Toppings
  • 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese Cheddar or Gouda are excellent alternatives.
  • 1 cup Avocado (cubed) Or use guacamole for a twist.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered) Feel free to include other fresh veggies for extra crunch.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard You can make it homemade or use store-bought for convenience.
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt Optional for anyone watching their sodium intake.

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • mixing bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Split the King's Hawaiian pretzel slider buns in half and lay them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Evenly distribute slices of Pepper Jack cheese over each bottom half of the slider buns. Follow with a generous sprinkle of crumbled crispy bacon on top.
  3. Place the prepared buns under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  4. In a mixing bowl, take your roughly chopped fried chicken tenders and coat them generously with honey mustard.
  5. Layer the honey mustard-coated chicken on top of the melted cheese and bacon, followed by spoonfuls of cubed avocado and quartered cherry tomatoes.
  6. Gently close the sliders with the top bun, and if desired, pull them apart to reveal the flavorful filling. Serve with extra honey mustard on the side.
