Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add in the sour cream and mix on low speed until fully combined, about 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, mixing on low speed for about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Fold in the hot honey, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes using a spatula.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Transfer the dip mixture into a 9-inch baking dish, smoothing the top evenly.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top before baking.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with additional chopped green onions before serving.
