Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about an eighth of an inch thick.
  3. Center the brie wheel on the puff pastry. Spoon fig jam over the top and drizzle with honey.
  4. If desired, sprinkle fresh rosemary and chopped nuts over the brie.
  5. Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the brie, sealing them carefully.
  6. Brush the wrapped pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers, bread, or fruit.
