- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Center the brie wheel on the puff pastry. Spoon fig jam over the top and drizzle with honey.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh rosemary and chopped nuts over the brie.
- Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the brie, sealing them carefully.
- Brush the wrapped pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
