  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce homemade recommended
For the Crunch
  • 1/4 cup Candied Pecans optional, chopped
For the Garnish
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease each cup of a mini muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry cup.
  4. Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
  5. If using, sprinkle candied pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  7. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
