Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, toss in olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Prep the Bread: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread over halved Italian loaf and toast for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the skillet, melt additional butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese and remaining parsley.
  4. Assemble: Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on each toasted bread half, top with cooked chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and drizzle remaining sauce.
  5. Bake: Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes at 350°F until cheese is bubbly.
