Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, then sauté 1 diced onion for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
  4. Mist flatbreads with water and place on the baking sheet. Bake for about 3 minutes to pre-crisp.
