Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface and slice into triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle, followed by layers of ham and cheese.
  4. Roll the pastry from the wide end to the point, tucking the tip under to secure.
  5. Whisk the large egg and brush it over each croissant. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
